About Me
Welcome! My goal as your future therapist is to work to build a bridge towards a better you no matter what it is that you are struggling with. I specialize in working with adults and college students who may be struggling with anxiety, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues and self confidence.
What sets my approach apart is my understanding that therapy is not a one size fits all. My experience in working with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds has helped me cultivate different insights and approaches that I bring to each session. This informs my eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to fit your individual needs; with influence from evidence based treatments such as DBT, CBT and attachment theory.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and that I am here to walk with you as you explore yourself. I strive to create a safe space for you in therapy and build a relationship to help you feel comfortable so we can work to develop coping strategies and find effective changes specific to you.

Experience
I attended the University of Villanova where I got my Masters of Science in Counseling. What pushed me to pursue counseling was my experience in working with neurodivergent children and their parents, and seeing first hand the importance of support needed outside of just our families and friends. It became evident the power of therapy in our healing process, and I wanted to be a part of that. While completing my degree I worked primarily in a partial hospitalization program for adults experiencing addiction and mental health disorders, and followed that experience in my post-graduate work. I facilitated group therapy work, provided resources to connect to the community and participated in experiential work to promote the importance of engaging in activities that we enjoy as part of our coping skills. Through this work I began to find my love of working individually with my client’s to build that connection with them, working towards goals and seeing progress over the months and years.
Today I work with client’s who are experiencing significant stress and anxiety, issues in their relationships, communication breakdowns and low self confidence. I started my private practice so I would be able to work long term with clients to support them in that process.
P.S. When I am not sitting in the chair across from you I love to spend time trying new restaurants, exploring Austin, traveling to new cities and lounging on the couch with my cat (he loves to make an appearance in my virtual sessions)!
