Schedule a Free Consultation Call
Get started by filling out the contact form below and telling me a little bit about yourself and what you are looking for. From there we can schedule an initial 15 minute consultation call to talk more about how I might be a good fit for you.

First Session
I call our first session my “blueprint sessions”. It gives us more time to dive into your history and background so I can hear more about you and begin to build our relationship. This is also the time where we dive into creating your goals for therapy that serve as our outline for your therapeutic journey.

Progression
As we progress I will regularly check in on goals and needs to make sure we are spending our time together working to build that bridge between you and your mental health. It is important we maintain open communication about ever changing goals. Through the therapist’s guidance, work will be done towards personal growth and increased confidence in your mental health.

Support
My ultimate goal as a therapist is for you to feel comfortable in your skills and abilities outside of session. As your treatment goals are achieved we will continue to check in on what your needs are in therapy.
